If Vibration Limit values are not available
for the machine being considered, the Specification Limit
shall (unless specified otherwise by the purchaser) default
to the following:
Non-machine Tools and Non-precision Machine Tools shall
not exceed the Vibration Limits specified and graphically
illustrated
